1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website saves to your device — your computer, phone, or tablet — when you visit. They help the website remember information about your visit: things like whether you've agreed to the site's terms, which language you prefer, or how you navigated between pages.
Cookies do not contain personally identifying code, and they cannot run programmes on your device. They are simply text records that travel between your browser and the web server.
On this site, cookies help us keep the experience consistent across pages and understand which parts of the site are most useful to visitors. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or to track you across unrelated websites.
